Reservation Policy

We accept reservations 24/7 through our online booking, phone and email. Credit card information is required for reservations made via our website. We charge a 20% service fee for all reservations. Changes to reservations are made by speaking with one of our agents on the phone. After we verify your identity, depending on the length of notice, we will do our best to accommodate your update.

Cancellation Policy

For stretched limousine reservations, there will be NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $120 during the booking process, such fee will be deducted from total fare once service is completed.

For all bookings, cancellation must be made, at least, 12 hours in advance to avoid incurring a fee up to 100% of the fare. For short window (within 24 hours) reservations, you have up to 2 hours from the time of booking to cancel at no charge. Any cancellation after a grace period, and less than 4 hours from pick up time, attract cancellation fee 50% of the fare.
